The project was born in 2009 by the will of Alessandro Bastoni, a successful trainer in the world of sales who has worked with over 2,400 salespeople in different European countries. Since 1994 he has been involved in sales network creations, until 2009 he wrote a book that recounted his experience in the sector, the title of the book was La vendita Totale, a manual for sellers.
In the same year Alessandro decided to also deal with marketing, because working as a consultant in companies as a sales director, he often noticed great gaps in marketing, so he created the Bastoni Agency brand and began to offer his customers also all the marketing and communication part.
His experience has ranged from the management of television advertising campaigns, also carried out firsthand, to the creation of call centers, up to the use of the then nascent social networks to expand its range of action.
The activity continues until 2015 using highly qualified collaborators, until the moment in which he inserts his daughter Alessandra into the activity, who, together with her father, immediately proved able to carry on the soul of the project. Today this father-daughter team, together with a large group of collaborators, is able to offer a complete process system for business growth.
In the corporate team led by Alessandra there are 3 marketing experts, 1 Computer Engineer and 3 social media experts, as well as a video maker and a photographer.
We also have a series of consolidated collaborations with external freelancers that allow us to be scalable, in order to face any challenge; the founder has had almost 30 years to build these relationships and today they are available to our customers.
We are not creative because it is cool to say that we are; when a customer comes to us to redo the design of his site or his product, to commission the management of an advertising campaign or the launch of a new product, we do it exclusively thinking in terms of results, because it is these that ultimately determine the success of an initiative, it is the numbers that make the difference, it is the numbers that our customers ask us to increase.
